Our renovated terminal is spacious and designed to be easily accessible both inside and out. Enter on the ground level through automatic doors that reveal wide hallways with direct access to the check-in counters.
For your convenience we offer accessibility features throughout the building:
- Drop off/loading zone in front of the terminal
- Automatic doors
- Accessible parking stalls
- Accessible washrooms
- All amenities including check-in counters located on ground level
Mobility Assistance
If you need extra assistance before, during or after your flight, the Penticton Airport has many people that are here to help.
From taxi drivers to Airport Security, as well as all airline and car rental customer service agents, all have received Disability Awareness Training to assist with your mobility needs.
When planning your trip, we encourage you to contact your airline in advance to request any check-in and in-flight assistance you might need.
